Keeping up with the Laws...

Well, so much for vacation...

Monday, ran some errands, and played with the puppies. Stopped to do the photo book for Rich's proofs, and the stupid machine wouldn't read my flash drive.

Tuesday, woke up sometime through the night sick. Spent all day Tuesday, and most of the day Wednesday in bed with the stomach flu. gahhh.....

Thursday, tried the photo book again. Won't read the other flash drive either - the one I have used in this same machine before. They must have done something to the machine. Went to the store, made stuffed shells for dinner. I was feeling pretty good all day, but after dinner started feeling kinda sick again. I guess I pushed it too much after eating pretty much just toast and jello for two days.

Friday, still feeling a little off and not much appetite. Some vacation. But I went up the hill, only thing I really accomplished was that I finally got that stinking photo book done. I took a card right from my camera and gave up on the flash drive. Made it to the bank, lost my keys, backtracked everywhere I had stopped through the day, ended up finding them in the middle of the road at Howard's. I must have dropped them going in, or out.

Saturday, feeling pretty good today. Even took a chance with a burger and fries for lunch. Duncan and I went to visit daddy, and later on tonight we are going out with some combination of my family. I say some combination, because I am not sure who all is coming. I had acquired 10 tickets to see Disney on Ice tonight, but this person doesn't wanna go if that person is going, and this other one doesn't wanna go if someone else isn't. GRRRR.... get over it. Go. Or not. It was meant to be fun, and is turning into not. Of course it could be just me, the rest of the week went SO WELL and all...

Anyhow, I am hoping tonight is fun. One more day off then back to work. Not looking forward to it, but it'll be back to the grind on Monday. Baseball stuff is coming in though, so maybe work won't irritate me for a while. Seems like I get less stress working with people from out of state than I do from working with the people in our building. Odd, but true.
