Gone fishin' 2

We both took the day off and went fishing. The weather was definitely better than Saturday! We got enough for dinner and one or two in the freezer. Then I made some sherbert, but we haven't eaten any of it yet. It tasted good when I was putting it in the containers for the freezer though.

Dave had a better day fishing today too. No more puffy!! We're still not sure what that was all about, but it slowly got better through the day yesterday, and seems back to normal today. I guess Saturday just wasn't his day. He stuck himself in the arm with the filet knife when he was cleaning the fish after we got home. He said that is a bit sore today, but at least it is healing quickly.

Today's GREAT news is, I don't have to turn the garden over by hand this year! WoO HOo!! Dave's dad had some guy till his garden, and sent him down to do ours too. So when we got home, wa la!! Nice garden. Guess we better get started on plants soon. We got a little bit of a late start last year. In other garden related news, the chives and mint are already doing great! That mint ice cream is definitely on my 'to make' list.
